Q -- How do I place my order? A -- It's easy! When you see a design you like, click on it. You'll get a larger view of the card as well as the inside. Click the blue button on the bottom to customize your card and follow the rest of the prompts. We accept Visa, MasterCard and other major credit cards.
Q -- Do I have to log in to use your site? A -- No, you do not need to become a member to use our site or order iheartugreeting™ cards.
Q -- What if I ally provide an incorrect address on my order that has already been mailed? A -- Undelivered orders will be returned to the return address you provide on the order. Please double-check the address you enter before submitting your order to ensure accurate delivery.
Q -- I don't want to enter my information every time I order a card. Don't you have the ability to use a login? A -- At this time, our site does not use a sign-in process; however, we will include this option in a later enhancement to our site.
Q -- Can you ship to international addresses? A -- iheartugreetings.com can only ship to US, US territory, and US military base (APO and FPO) addresses only.
Q -- Why don't previous form fields auto populate once I have already entered my information? A -- iheartugreetings.com cares about the security of your transaction. When the auto-populate feature is enabled, your security is compromised. For this reason, ineartugreetings.com does not enable this feature on our site.
Q -- Is my iheartugreeting™ card returnable? A -- Your iheartugreeting™ card is individually customized, therefore, it is non-returnable.
Q -- Can I submit my own design to sell on your site? A -- One of the wonderful facets of our site is that anyone can submit a design for consideration to sell on our site. Designs must meet our Terms of Conditions related to design submission. Designs are then rated by our staff. Users that submit designs that are selected for sale receive a cash award and the design becomes the property of iheartugreetings.com. See Share Your Talent for details.
Q -- Can I make changes to my order? A -- You may email us with your change requests and will receive a return email confirming the changes, if your order is still maintainable. Please include your order number. Once your card is completed, changes cannot be made.
Q -- How do I track my order? A -- iheartugreeting™ cards are mailed via the US Postal Service (USPS) at standard postage rates. Tracking is not available.
